About Us

After years of experience in the tourism industry, working with various private companies in the corporate events (MICE) and wedding sectors, Xaria Weddings was born — a dream come true and an entrepreneurial step toward creating our own brand with a personal signature, designed to support every couple seeking our guidance and services.

Meet Our Wedding Planners

Danice Hernández

 

I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Playa del Carmen. Having lived here my entire life, I have witnessed the evolution of this destination firsthand. I have always worked in the tourism industry — in hospitality, travel agencies, and vacation rentals.
In 2017, I met Pilar. What began as a professional relationship at the same workplace — where I coordinated corporate groups of more than 100 people in off-site activities outside their host hotel — soon grew into a great friendship. At that time, she already had her personal project, Wedding Planner Cozumel en el Corazón, and she invited me to collaborate with her. Later, she encouraged me to pursue my certification.

 

In 2024, I decided to become certified as a Wedding Planner. After completing my diploma in Weddings, I chose to take this big step into entrepreneurship. My intention is to share the wonders of this destination with others and design memorable weddings and events for our clients.
